Whenever you’re going to purchase a car, home, or anything related to a loan you must must MUST know the terms of the contract and fully understand the financial ramification of each term of the loan!

This can result in a massive difference between what your final payment amount will end up being. Just solely looking at the monthly rate and only caring about that will put you in a massive financial bind at the end of the day!

Just the length of the loan alone effects the overall amount you’ll end up paying at the end of the contract.

I didn’t even dive into the difference the interest rate and the importance of negotiating a lower sticker price for the potential car or home will save or cost you thousands of dollars more!

So know the terms of your contract, negotiate lower prices, shop around for leverage, and work to get a lower price for that car/home/loan as much as possible!
