Mala Vida Tequila Blanco Expression & Pressoir Cigar Pairing

Earlier this week I was able to sit down and enjoy a damn solid pairing on a beautiful night here in early Spring/late Winter Chicago.

I poured up some Mala Vida Tequila/Tequila Mala Vida blanco expression and lit up a Pressoir Cigar then kicked back to Kanye West ft Lauryn Hill- Believe What I Say while enjoying a beautiful sunset!

This blanco is truly delicious!

Loved the beautiful blend of citrus, pepper, and fresh agave that shines through in this blanco.

The cigar is a nice light medium body smoke that’s perfect for an early week pairing.

Price

In terms of price of this Mala Vida Tequila blanco expression, I was lucky enough to receive the full lineup as a gift from the company to be ranked and categorized.

I was able to find it online at oldtowntequila.com for $49.99 a bottle, on sale for $42.99 a bottle before tax and shipping for both prices at the time of this search.

Recommended Ways To Enjoy

As you can see, I’m highly enjoying this Tequila Mala Vida blanco expression neat with a beautiful light to medium body cigar next to an amazing fire!

Honestly….

This is a slice of heaven!

But you don’t have to enjoy this blanco neat though, this expression definitely makes for some beautiful cocktails as well.

I mixed this up in a mango tequila mule on a hot day and it was absolutely amazing.

Amazingly refreshing on a nice summer/hot day.

Of course this would be great for shots as well!

Nice smooth tequila that’s not going to burn a whole in your chest on the way down.

RankinGTable Bottle

In terms of the ranking of this bottle, I would say it’s a Table Bottle if you’re in an area that’s it’s readily available or you don’t mind ordering tequila online.

The $49.99 price range isn’t that bad for a quality tequila that everyone can enjoy in whatever fashion they prefer the most.

Would make for a quality every day sipper as well if you prefer blancos over any other tequila expression.

Taste CategoryCitrus Bomb

I’m categorizing this as a Citrus Bomb Tequila when it comes to the dominate flavor profile of this blanco.

As I stated above, the strong citrus is what stood out to me the most and want continued to do so in every sip.

It’s exactly what you would want in a blanco and perfect for enjoyment in any fashion you prefer to sip/shoot your tequila in.

Made for a great pairing, great chill night, and amazing overall experience!
